On Thursday, August 7, 2023, Monshati, in partnership with the legal clinic at An-Najah University, held a legal day titled "Applications of Labor Law in Economic Institutions.

The event was organized in collaboration with Ramallah and Al-Bireh Chamber of Commerce and Industry and was attended by a group of representatives from companies and economic institutions who are members of the Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Salah Hussein, the General Manager of the Chamber of Commerce, opened the legal day, welcoming the guests and highlighting the Chamber's role in enhancing legal knowledge among its members, particularly in the field of labor law. He emphasized the partnership between the Chamber, "Monshati," and the legal clinic at An-Najah University.

Lawyer Dr. Naeem Salameh, a law professor at An-Najah University presented the legal day. During the event, he discussed the provisions of the law regarding individual employment contracts and the proper mechanisms for applying the law in institutions. He explained the nature of individual employment contracts and the mutual rights between the employee and the employer under the contract and the law.
