Work is considered a fundamental pillar in the lives of individuals and societies, and therefore economic and social life cannot be right without it. It affects the majority of segments of society in general and directly affects the conditions of production and the subsequent increase in national income and decrease in unemployment. Therefore, we find that the provisions of the Palestinian Labor Law are mandatory, meaning that it is not permissible to agree on anything that contradicts them.
