Training on Technical Study Preparation and Human Resource Management - The overall objective of this training is for participants to acquire the ability to prepare technical feasibility studies. However, considering that the target group of this training manages small projects, the focus will be on enlightening participants on how to establish feasible projects. We understand that transforming a project from unfeasible (leading to project abandonment) to feasible requires some changes in the project, such as improving the product, changing or expanding the target group changing the location, or enhancing our understanding of production phases to improve its management and output.
