The Nablus Chamber of Commerce and Industry concluded a training course on "Product Development for Chemical Industries

On Thursday afternoon, March 31, 2022, the Nablus Chamber of Commerce and Industry concluded a training course on "Product Development for Chemical Industries". The event was attended by the Chamber's chairman, Mr. Omar Hashem, the Chamber's General Manager, Mr. Issam Abu Zeid, the course trainer, Ms. Mais Shadid, as well as several participants and members of the Monshati project team, including Mr. Diaa Qadomi.

The course was part of specialized training programs and consultations organized by the Assistance Unit (Monshati) at the Chamber. It aimed to provide participants from economic enterprises in the chemical industries sector with the expertise, knowledge, and skills necessary for managing the product lifecycle, developing products, testing their effectiveness, assessing market needs, conducting feasibility studies, and marketing products.

In his remarks, the Chamber’s chairman Mr. Omar Hashem expressed his gratitude to the participants for attending the course and congratulated them on its completion. He thanked the trainer, Ms. Mais Shadid, and highlighted the Chamber's and Monshati's efforts to enhance the efficiency of economic enterprises, particularly in the field of product development for companies operating in the chemical industries. He emphasized the role of training courses in acquiring new knowledge and noted that Monshati has been providing comprehensive support services to companies since its inception at the Chamber.

Ms. Mais Shadid, the course trainer, expressed her pleasure in conducting the training course for economic enterprises participating in the Nablus Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She emphasized the importance of the course in equipping participants with the expertise, knowledge, and skills needed to develop products, improve their specifications, meet market demands, and keep pace with technological advancements.

She also expressed her readiness to continue supporting the trainees even after the course. The participants expressed their satisfaction with participating in the training, acknowledging the importance of the knowledge gained.

They extended their thanks to the Chamber's chairman, the trainer, and the project team. At the end of the course, certificates were distributed to the participants. The course commenced on March 29, 2022, at the Chamber's premises, with the attendance of 12 participants from chemical industries enterprises such as soap factories, cosmetics, plastics, and detergents in the Nablus Governorate.

The course lasted for 10 training hours, and follow-up visits to the participants' enterprises will be conducted to assist in applying the course concepts and meeting various needs, as well as exchanging experiences.
